In any other case, here's how to request an exchange or a refund:
Our exchange and return policy is very simple: if you don't like it or if it doesn't fit, you return it to us.
Put the garment back in the original packaging (or another if you have already thrown it away) and
VERY IMPORTANT: You write on a piece of paper (may be on the same receipt) what you want: a exchange or a refund.
You have 30 calendar days to make the return or exchange, from the date of receipt of the order.
1) INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGE (SIZE, MODEL, DESIGN)
If this is for a exchange, please tell us what you want by writing on a sheet of paper (or on the receipt):
Note: Shipping costs from your home to us are at your own expense (the cost of sending you the change is covered by us).
We recommend you the cheapest method of delivery.
2) INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS (REFUNDS)
If you would like to request a refund, we will refund the amount to your credit/debit card if you have used this method or via Paypal.
To request the return of the order within the indicated term of 30 calendar days, put the garment back in the original package (or another if you have already thrown it away) and on a sheet (or original receipt) please tell us that you want a REFUND. If you do not send us a copy of the receipt, then you must tell us :
