How I can see the status of my current and previous orders?

Were you registered when you placed your order?

You can view the status of your order by entering your User Account, clicking on Login, or My Account if you are already logged in.

When you place an order with us, we send you an email with details explaining how to access your account (even if you have not yet registered as a user). Once inside your User Account, click on My Orders.

You weren't registered?


If you have placed an order and have not registered, you can check the status of your order on this page by entering the order number and contact email address you specified in the purchase process.

The different statuses of your order:

  • NEW: Order correctly registered in our system. Waiting for printing.
  • IN PRINT: We are already preparing your order.
  • PACKED: Your order is ready, awaiting delivery to the carrier.
  • SENT WORKSHOP: Your order is on its way to the carrier.
  • SENT: Your order has left the workshop. We will explain here the delivery time from that moment onwards.
  • WAITING FOR TELEPHONE CONFIRMATION: We must confirm a detail of your order before we can produce it.
  • CANCELLED: The order has been cancelled.
  • SENT AND RETURNED: We sent you the order, but it was returned by the carrier. Contact us to request a new delivery.
